I cannot say enough wonderful things about David Hyland of Howard/Hanna Coach Realtors. Over the years, as a seller and a buyer, I've had many experiences with real estate brokers. This past winter my family sold our mom's house. It was a physically and emotionally intense time. Lucky for us we chose to work with David. He is a standout for his professionalism. Diligent, smart with a practical approach to the process, and super nice - David was always available to us. He priced the house right and it quickly created a lot of competition. It was sold at lightning speed. David's strategy provided us with multiple, highly competitive offers but we chose not to sell to the highest bidder - we wanted the house to go to a family, not an investor. We are very grateful with the way it all worked out/David was instrumental to the process. Thank you, David!!

My experience with David and Kaz was absolutely Professional and Super smooth! They both were very knowledgeable and responsive every step of the way when selling my home. The level of expertise and sincerity is what I really appreciated the most from David! Even after I was in contract, David and Kaz remained in touch with me throughout my process. Never did I feel alone in the process of selling my home. They were punctual, professional, readily available to answer questions, sincere, thoughtful, responsible, punctual in every aspect and lastly very kind. I am truly grateful for having David and Kaz as my Real Estate agent. I highly recommend David and Kaz! The turnaround for selling my home was quick, the paperwork was easy and David/Kaz was very detailed oriented and very organized. I give them beyond 5 Stars......they get 10 Stars for being great professionals and great human beings!!!!!

Highly recommend David and Kaz. We used them to sell our house in Merrick and purchase our new home in commack. They were extremely knowledgeable and led us in the right direction for the sale of our house. They are very responsive and great people. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.
