We interviewed three agents to handle the sale of our home in Long Island, NY in 2017. We chose to go with David Hyland and were very satisfied with the outcome. We found him to be a good listener, conscientious, responsive to our questions, easy to contact, courteous, respectful. He was not "too pushy", but was firm in negotiating our desires with the prospective buyer. The house was sold in 2 months at a price we were happy with. He personally was there supervising the photographer, and had good ideas regarding the presentation of the house. The closing went without a hitch. We would use him again.
